I have been teaching and performing music here in Austin for over 15 years. I perform secular music under my maiden name, Sara Shansky and have played hundreds of shows around the US. I have also been teaching Jewish music at Congregation Agudas Achim, The Austin Jewish Academy, and Shalom Austin Early Childhood Program since moving to Austin in 2004. I have been the Music Assistant at Temple Beth Shalom since 2019.
